From its beginning, First Unitarian Church of Wilmington has a history of lending support to new Unitarian Universalist congregations. Since 1997, our sponsor church program, in cooperation with the UUA , the Joseph Priestley District,  and now, the Central East Region, have provided modest financial support, expertise, and a variety of resources important to the establishment of full-service congregations.
