We're about halfway through the ACME Bonus Stamp promotion and we’re hoping you’re bringing in stamps you’re not using. Remember, we can get pots and pans for young people setting up apartments after they have aged out of foster care. Carolyn Gibson is collecting them during coffee hour and there’s an envelope in the church office, too.  So… bring them on in! 

ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) supports these young people who are now on their own and struggling to make it in the adult world. As a First U Social Justice team, we work to help these young people rise above the challenges they face and move on to productive, happy lives. With your help, we can make a difference… if not with ACME stamps, then with the holiday giving project, which will start in November.

Look for the Christmas tree in the parish hall and take a wish to fulfill for one of these young people. You can shop or not… donate and we’ll shop for you.
