Don’t like saying “no” when asked to volunteer?  Make sure you get asked to help with something you WANT to do!  And there’s still no obligation to say “yes” if you do get asked.  It’s a win-win!  Teams find people who have the skills and interests to help them, and people find the activities that are the most fulfilling for them.
