This year we will continue our tradition of decorating our Sanctuary with red & white poinsettias. The 6 ½” pots will be on display from Dec. 7^th through Dec. 24^th.

Please complete this form and return it to the church office before Dec. 1^st. The names of the donors will be listed in the Orders of Service for Dec. 14^th, 21^st and 24^th.

Donations are $10 per plant or 3/$25. Please contact the church office at 478-2384 if you have any questions. Checks are payable to: First Unitarian Church (and please put ‘poinsettias’ in the memo line.)
