Wendy joined First U in 1994. She and her husband, Ned, were married at First U the same year. Wendy is the proud parent of Jacob, 17, a volunteer in the Seekers room and Luke, 13, an Explorer. Currently, Wendy is a member of the CYRE Leadership Team, the CYRE Social Action Task Force and a teacher for the Explorers.

One of her most treasured memories at First U is her time spent as part of a women’s spirituality group. Over the years Wendy has Co-Chaired Togs and Treasures, organized Halloween and Valentine's parties, choreographed a dance for our youth and helped with other special events.
