ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) hosted Faithful Dialogue session in which we heard from the program coordinator at the Delaware Youth Opportunities Initiative (DYOI).  This Delaware Center for Justice program was created to “Ensure successful transitions for youth who are aging out of Delaware’s foster care system” and its charter is to bring together the people, systems and resources necessary to support successful transitions.
