“If we’re serious about the climate crisis, we have to talk about food.”  Anna Lappe, author of Diet for a Hot Planet.  Changing our food choices to climate-friendly foods reduces our carbon footprints and moves us to healthier eating and a healthier planet.  So, First UU members, make some delicious  climate-friendly foods to share – vegan, vegetarian, minimal or no meat, and let's talk about food!
