The First Unitarian Church has some amazing history! In 1867, 4 out of 11 members of the Board of Trustees were women.  This was over 40 years before women had legal voting rights.  And in April 1931, our congregation helped to organize the Delaware Birth Control League (now Planned Parenthood of Delaware). We've been fighting for Women's rights for 150 years!  Come celebrate these amazing victories with us on Saturday, April 30th from 5-9pm at the Talleyville Firehall!  Save the date!
