Single Use Plastic bag reduction – HB 202
The bill should be in committee in late March. This is a statewide solution which is supported by the City of Wilmington, municipalities, retailers, and numerous organizations. This bipartisan bill (Hudson, Brady, Mulrooney, Lynn, D. Short, Bentz, Jacques, K. Mathews, Paradee, S. Matthews, McDowell, Cloutier, Lopez) would become effective on December 2, 2016.
