Thank you, everyone, who donated those pesky plastic bags for the Giant Plastic Ball that was rolled up on Sat. April 23.  First UU donated 300 bags, which were rolled into  30 smaller balls.   So proud of us!  Special thanks to our Questers who made the bins for the plastic and reusable bags.   You can continue to donate those reusable bags.   The bin will remain in the parish hall for a while.   BUT, WE ARE NOT DONE YET! HB 202 is moving through the legislature, but needs all our continuing advocacy to make sure it gets passed.   Please read the attached updates, notices and photos from Bring Your Own Bag Delaware.   Please send a letter to your legislator and a letter to the editor in support of this important, first state-wide initiative to reduce and eliminate plastic bags!
