A few weeks ago, we had a failure of one of our major rooftop AC units in the new wing. We had anticipated this as a possibility, so the capital expenditure budget for FY 16/17 (approved at the May 2016 annual meeting) included funds to cover this. We also replaced the unit that services room 25, as it was in poor condition.
