Membership Status Updates

Did you know that, according to our by-laws, each church member must make a donation of record every 12 months in order to be able to vote at congregational meetings? Or, that we report only voting members to the UUA when its time to calculate our dues to the national organization? When we say we have 350 members in the church, we are only counting voting members.
If you want to have a say in future congregational decisions, including building improvement plans and operating budgets, please make a contribution of record at least once every 12 months. There is no minimum amount, so even if you are facing financial challenges, a small donation ($1.00) can preserve your right to be counted.
