No, not the official holiday but the deadline we have to get all of our ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) Holiday Giving wrapped and delivered to young people who have aged out of foster care. These young people are out on their own and won’t have much of a holiday without us. ILYA has more young people this year than ever and we need your help.

Wish lists will be available at the Christmas tree in the Parish Hall during coffee hour the next 2 Sundays. Individual items requested will be hanging on the tree if you prefer. And donations of any amount or gift cards are also more than welcomed.

Carolyn Gibson is the project leader and she and her helpers will be more than happy to match you up with a family. While you’re there, take a look at the collage from last year to see the joy this brings to the young people who don’t have families that support them.
