Do you take pride in our church facility? Would you like to help keep it in good shape? Are you willing to put some energy into the maintenance of First Unitarian? Then you might be ready to join the Andy Cope Maintenance Team. We meet the second Monday of the month in the Parish Hall for lunch and discussion. Then we look at the list of possible projects that have been created by Ernie Congo, Building Supervisor, and choose the ones we have the human power to tackle on that day. It might be changing out a light bulb, painting a room, fixing a leaking faucet, replacing a ceiling tile, assembling furniture for RE, or some other minor repair around and outside the building. Even if you can’t join us on the second Monday, you can still be of use. Some of the work must take place in the evening or on the weekend after the day care center has closed. You could take on something on the list that can be addressed during that time period. If you would like to join the team and receive the monthly list of work projects, talk to Richard Speck or email him at rgspeck@comcast.net. Thanks for helping out.
