The Search Packet: The Search Committee is beginning to assemble what’s known as “the packet.” Previously this was a large ring binder of information about our congregation that was physically shared with interested ministers. These days, the packet is made available electronically so that potential candidates may “click” on First Unitarian Church and find out what we’re like and what we’re looking for in a new minister. As such, the packet is the single most important marketing tool for congregations seeking new ministers. If you would like to help assemble or design First Unitarian’s packet, contact Jeff Lott.
