At our Annual Meeting on May 6, the Congregation voted to approve the Capital Improvement Plan with a commitment to hold two votes as to:
a) whether or not relocate the Parks front doors to another part of the Church, and
b) whether or not replace existing pews with flexible seating.
Voting on these two issues begins today at 5 p.m. and runs through 5 p.m. November 2. You do not need to be physically present to vote. During the two-week period, no meeting will be held in the Church to cast votes. However, paper ballots will be available in the Church on Sundays and in the Church Office during the week.
Before casting a vote, Members are encouraged to review the white papers and recommendations prepared by the two subcommittees assessing these issues and attend the Q&A sessions scheduled for this Sunday and next.
Voting Members should check their email for a link to the electronic ballot after 5 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2018.
