New Office HVAC unit installation on 11/20!

One of the most exciting repairs we can experience here in the building is when we replace HVAC units on the roof. A crane, lots of helpers and the joy of a new, efficient system can make things lively around here. Our office HVAC failed inspection at a recent service visit. This unit had been identified as being at the end of its useful life for several years and was in the approved capital expenditure budget for FY 2018-2019. We had hoped it would last for a few more years (it went 3 years beyond our expectations), but a serious problem in the heat exchanger meant it was time to say goodbye to the old and hello to a new, more efficient system.
Thank you for your financial support. We accrue funds in the operating budget each year planning for these events. Thank you to our building and grounds volunteers, Phil Krape and Jim Weddell, for assisting the day of installation.
