Books will go to Claymont Elementary School
Food will go to Claymont Community Center
The Questers class is collecting gently used or new books of all grade levels (pre-K through 6th) for the students at Claymont Elementary School. The school has a goal of distributing at least 1 book to every student for summer reading.
The total number of students at Claymont Elementary is close to 900!

The Seekers class is collecting food to donate to the Claymont Community Center’s Food Closet, which serves over 200 families each month! We are hoping to fill their shelves enough to feed these families throughout the summer months when the school food programs are no longer running, and families have a much greater need for food.

Books and food items can be dropped off in Parish Hall or next to CYRE Workroom Entrance. Read more about our Book and Food Drive, here.
