A Whole New Look!

Over the past few months, we’ve been telling you about the major changes underway throughout the Church. Anyone who has been in the Church recently has seen the reconstruction taking place. But you haven’t seen anything, yet!
As most of you know, the Sanctuary, Parish Hall and Warner Room were closed off completely last week in order to install new doors, ceilings, floors, folding panels and lighting, as well as finishing the ADA bathroom and elevator. When the Sanctuary level reopens for Rev. Pamela’s first sermon on Sunday, August 18, you will enter a totally transformed worship space.
It’s going to take some getting used to, but we think you will soon grow to love the fresh, modern, light-filled appearance and newly accessible space that our beloved community shares.
Not everything will be completed on the 18th. There is still more to do, including installing new seating, which should be delivered next month. But don’t worry, you won’t be left standing – we’ll have hundreds of comfortable, temporary chairs until the new ones arrive. As always, we will keep you updated along the way.
