You are invited to a Caregiving Workshop on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at First Unitarian Church of Wilmington (in Parish Hall). Rev. Pamela Wat will teach participants how to: deeply listen, respond to another’s emotions (even during distress), partner with someone through grief, and manage one’s own emotions during difficult times. This workshop is for pastoral caregivers, members of First UU, friends, and family members who want to learn skills to be a more effective and more energized support person.
