Our church Library has many UU and other meditation manuals that may be borrowed. Newest is:”Still Praying After All These Years: Meditations for Later Life” (Upper Room Books, 2019). It is a gift to our library from the author, Rev. Susan C. Scott, in thanks for our help last year in tracking down a quote by UU minister Rev. Greta Crosby for publisher permissions. Rev. Scott , ordained in the United Church of Christ, is a healthcare chaplain and spiritual director.
Visit our Library on Sunday mornings in the classroom wing, down the new hallway ramp past the church offices. Browse the shelves or search the card catalog by author, title or subjects, such as “meditations.” Books may be borrowed by following posted instructions, and returned within four weeks.
