Thanks to your generosity, the gifts took over at Martha Gessler’s house last week. But she and a few volunteers got them all wrapped up and ready for the Independent Living Coordinators to pick up and deliver to youth who have aged out of foster care.
One young woman was so grateful for this expression of caring that she asked if she can come and personally thank our congregation. We have invited her to speak on Sunday, February 9, 2020 when ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) will “Share the Plate” and have our ILYA youth participate in the service. Don’t miss the celebration planned!
