ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) is celebrating 15 years of support for youth aging out of foster care. We want you to celebrate with the team because you are the ones that make it happen with your generous support.
If you come to church on Sunday, you’ll get to hear from a young woman who was so grateful for her holiday presents that she asked to thank the church in person. You’ll also get to hear about how we’re restructuring things to keep the program strong for the next 15 years.
There will be a special birthday cake for coffee hour and a chance to talk with the youth. Some of the state workers who also support them will be there for you to meet, greet and talk with if you choose. So please join us and celebrate!
