ILYA (Independent Living for Young Adults) is happy to announce that First U volunteers have been matched up with all the students asking for Student Care Packages. These young people who have just aged out of foster care are starting their academic and technical education with support… thanks to you! This is a huge support for these youth who don’t have families cheering them on when the going gets tough.
