We really GOT OUT THE VOTE!! Thanks to the 146+ UU volunteers and 22 partner organizations that sent 30,700 postcards for the General Election with Reclaim Our Vote (ROV). We wrote to registered voters in Southern States including a total of 18,000 to 3 different counties in Georgia.
Georgia citizens cast about 840 thousand more votes than during the 2016 Presidential election. And yet, it is estimated that about 30% of the registered Georgia voters did NOT vote! There is more work to be done.
ROV is gearing up for another postcard campaign to Georgia for the runoff elections, which will determine control of the Senate. UUDAN wants to DIG DEEP and organize writers AGAIN!
If you are new to this process, we deliver the materials you need including
writing guidelines and script, addresses, postcards, and stamps (if needed).
We need writers, drivers, and funding for postage and supplies. If you don’t have time to write, please donate to subsidize this work! We really need financial help this time so all who want to write can participate. We reached the limit of our budget last time, so we’re appealing for YOUR HELP.
