This fall, Black Lives of Unitarian Universalism (BLUU) launched a new program, BLUU Havens. BLUU Havens are social groups led by Black UU or UU adjacent people that should commit to meet at least quarterly to build community. Eight regions submitted applications – including Philadelphia. There have been two BLUU Haven Philly meetings so far attended by fourteen people from several Philadelphia metro area communities.
