American Promise Delaware reports that SCR 16 has been filed in the Delaware State Senate. This is the bipartisan Resolution calling on our US Congressional delegation to support an amendment proposal to overturn the Supreme Court’s disastrous ruling in Citizens United v. FEC (2010).

CALL TO ACTION: We are calling on all Delawareans to contact their State Senator and State Representative (find out who they are HERE) to urge them to vote “YES” on SCR 16. American Promise Delaware and Delaware Get Money Out (DGMO) have been working with state Democratic and Republican legislators to arrive at consensus language for a Resolution calling on our US Congressional delegation to support an amendment proposal that would overturn the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision (2010). We are pleased to announce that the Resolution (SCR 16) was introduced in the State Senate on March 22, 2021.
