Delaware Campaign for Fair Policing – Call to Action

The Delaware Campaign for Fair Policing focuses on transparency and improving community and law enforcement relationships by working to amend the Law Enforcement Officer Bill of Rights (LEOBOR). By amending LEOBOR, the public will have access to police misconduct records and will have the ability to form Community Review Boards that can hold hearings when police misconduct occurs. Additional information, here.

This campaign will draw together the most impacted communities, including Black and Latino, immigrant and working-class communities to advocate for reforming LEOBOR. With a little people power, we can make a big difference in improving police-community relationships and ultimately create safer neighborhoods across Delaware.
