The AV Survey Results Are In – Thank You for Your Feedback!

Thanks to all 130 of you who completed our Audio Visual Team survey about Sunday services over the last few weeks. A great response! The survey is now closed.

What Did You Say? Three things seemed to be important items for us to know:
You have been watching. About 90% of the respondents have been watching the services online, mostly live, and fairly regularly. And you are liking what you are seeing.
You can readily access the services. Most people find it fairly easy to access the services, preferring the YouTube stream to Zoom. Some folks like the Chat function, some do not. And for those finding the technology challenging, we will be providing more education on how to access the services, adjust volumes, use or hide the Chat function, and more.
You are looking forward to returning to in-person services. You want to come back in person in the fall. About 75% of the people thought they would attend in person come September, with 25% feeling they would watch remotely some Sundays.

View the Results. You can view a summary of the survey results here. They will remain on the church website for a few months.

Thank you again for participating in our survey – we loved hearing from you! Your information will be helpful to Rev. Larry Peers and the Multi-Platform team as they make decisions on how best to return to church safely in September.
