Please bring your art, poetry, craft and other creations, suitable for hanging, to the church office by September 5th. Our Soul matters theme for September is Embracing Possibility – wonderful theme for our gallery. You might also consider the theme of Ingathering: “re-gathering; re-covenanting; hospitality; returning home to the church community that holds us; hope; looking forward with excitement, etc. If you had a piece in our online gallery over the past year and a half, we could also hang it in our gallery at church.
Please let me know if you will participate by the end of August. You’ll be able to drop off your artwork at the church office on days/hours it’s open. If it’s there by September 5th, we can hang it before Ingathering.
All art will also be included in an online gallery for those who can’t make it to church, including art that isn’t able to be hung physically.
