This year, the Yarn Group created over 200 winter hats and scarves and mittens to be donated to the Red Clay School District (serving 345 homeless and immigrant families, including Afghanis) as well as to ILYA whose participants will also receive a significant portion of the stash.

The Group meets every Monday at 1 p.m. at the Rocky Run Clubhouse. All levels of expertise are welcome. Don’t know how to knit or crochet? …..we will teach you.

You can MAKE a difference this winter: KNIT or CROCHET a hat, scarf or mittens…..or donate some yarn, enough to make a hat. (If you wish to contribute, a drop off bin is located in the Warner Room closet for your convenience).
