As we relax some of our Covid pandemic restrictions, church groups and community members are asking about building use or rentals for meetings, ceremonies and activities.
Here is a reminder of what to do if you are interested in using our facility:
If you want to learn about available spaces and how to reserve a spot, check out our web site for Ceremonies, Facilities and Rentals. It includes information including capacity, rental cost (if applicable), and photos of various rooms. You can use the form on this page to send a room request to the office. There is no cost to use rooms for church activities, although some personal uses may include a fee at the discounted member rate.
If you are familiar with the building and know what room you would like to request, just send an email to our Business manager, Marina, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If you lead a church committee or group, and are interested in reserving space, it is best to reach out and reserve your space as much in advance as you can.
