First U needs a new Treasurer. Current Treasurer, Seth Hammonds, will be leaving at the end of this fiscal year and we’re looking for a replacement. You don’t need a background in high finance or even crypto currency markets, but a working knowledge of basic accounting is necessary. The role of the Treasurer is critical to our self-governance structure by advising the Board on the Church’s financial well-being with the help of the Finance Committee and members of the Executive Team. The Treasurer is a standing officer of the Church and, as with all officers, the post is voluntary.
