Calling volunteers to weed our wonderful First U grounds. Come anytime at your convenience or join the weeding team on Saturday, July 16th 9:00 -11:00 a.m.

Areas in need of attention include (click on links for photos):
First U Sign on Concord Pike – remove thistle and other weeds
Memorial Garden – remove purple thistle and other weeds
Outdoor Sanctuary – remove weeds and grass at base of trees

Hints: Weeding is most efficient after rainfall. Wear gloves. Dig up roots as much as possible. Slide wire tree rounds up the green stakes to make room to dig weeds from inside the cages, then push down to replace.
