SUPPORT MUSIC PROGRAMS AT FIRST UNITARIAN

Our annual Counterpoint Society fundraising drive will kick off on Sunday, September 25th, as we welcome organist David Schelat in a long-anticipated recital on our beloved Rieger tracker organ.

Counterpoint Society is a group of people who believe in the importance of music and who financially support First Unitarian’s Music program above their regular church pledge. Counterpoint makes it possible for us to enrich our services by helping to produce Music Sundays featuring our choir and soloists, as well as enabling us to host guest musicians throughout the year. We have big plans this year which include launching a new concert series at First U, creating a welcoming space to the Wilmington community in which to share our love of music!

There are several ways to give: drop a check in the basket at church on Sunday morning, donate online (click here), use your smart phone with the Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement app, or simply mail a check to the office. Checks should be made out to First Unitarian Church with “Counterpoint” in the memo line.

No amount is too big or too small and 100% of your Counterpoint gift will go toward enhancing our music experiences at First Unitarian. Consider a gift at any of these five levels:

Super Angel $750 +
Angel $500 +
Director’s Circle $250 +
Benefactor $100 +
Friend: up to $99
