More Peace Week Activities; Sponsored by UU Fellowship of Newark

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Newark (UUFN) also hosts three events as part of the 7th annual Peace Week Delaware October 8-16, 2022.

Zoom event: “Becoming Visible – Through Teaching AANHPI History” which will be held on Wednesday, October 12 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. :

Shu-Chien Liang, one of the panelists from last year’s Peace Week Delaware event “Breaking the Silence: Asian-American Pacific Islanders in Delaware”, and Guatlian Kreamer have assembled a panel consisting of community leaders, parents, students, educators, and policy makers who will share their experience and perspectives of AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander) history education in Delaware for Becoming Visible, and we welcome you to join us for this informative talk and discussion. At UUFN on site: “Get Out The Vote Coffeehouse” on Sunday, October 9 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
At UUFN on site: “Labyrinth Walk” on Wednesday, October 12 from 7:00-8:30 p.m.
