Did you know you can donate stocks to the church? You can! It’s easy to make a direct donation from your brokerage account to the church account. Just email Marina at marina@firstuuwilm.org or Chrissy at chrissy@firstuuwilm.org to get instructions.

If you decide to make a donation using stock, please let Chrissy or Marina know which stocks you are donating and when, so we can check our account and properly credit you for your donation. Believe it or not, we have received stock donations in the past with no donor info provided! Some brokerage houses will not tell us who the donor is, and we have no way to identify the donor unless we are expecting the donation and know the name of the stock. Please contact Chrissy or Marina and provide us with the details before completing the stock donation at the time of your donation. Thank you for your support of First Unitarian Church!

Did you know you can make a direct donation of your RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) from your IRA to the church? Just ask your plan to mail a check payable to First Unitarian Church to our address, and indicate the purpose of the gift.
