Individual feedback must be submitted prior to November 28 on our Article II Commission’s proposed changes to the Principles, Purposes, and Sources of Our UU Faith

This is a last call to give your input to the proposed changes to our UUA Purposes, Principles and Sources.

There is a Study Commission that is reviewing and proposing revisions to our current UUA Principles and Sources (“Article II”). Here is a link to a full draft of the proposed Article II (PDF, 3 Pages) and another link to an online feedback form.

The proposed draft makes significant changes to the UUA Principles and Sources (Article II). Your feedback is requested and will be appreciated.

The Study Commission will present its final draft to the Board in January for inclusion on the agenda for General Assembly (GA) 2023. It will then be the focus of mini-Assemblies before the initial vote at GA 2023. If it passes the GA delegate vote by a majority, it will require a 2/3 majority vote at GA 2024 to become the new Article II of the Bylaws.
