Please join us as this year’s Vespers series returns on Wednesday evening, December 14th, from 6:30-7:00 pm. in the church sanctuary.

The services will continue to be based on the Taizé style of worship, featuring candlelight, inspirational music, readings and meditation. Come to find peace, silence and fellowship.

Amid all the noise in our lives, we take this moment to sit in silence — to give thanks for another day;                                                                                                          to give thanks for all those in our lives who have brought us warmth and love;  to give thanks for the gift of life.      – Tim Haley

We will join together in silent meditation, a candle-lighting ritual, and the singing of short chants and rounds. This unique respite from the hectic pace of everyday life offers restoration, and an opportunity to calm our minds and hearts and nourish our spirits.

After December, the Vespers series will continue on the 2nd Wednesday evening of the month, from 6:30-7:00 p.m. Mark your calendars!
