Give yourself the gift of 30 minutes to unwind through music, readings, meditation, silence and fellowship. Join in the singing or use the quiet to clear your mind of daily stresses and clutter.

Amid all the noise in our lives,

to give thanks for all those in our lives

who have brought us warmth and love;
