Are you looking for a way to make a significant difference in someone’s life?

Come to the ILYA table in Parish Hall after the service on August 20 and learn about ILYA’s Student Care Package Project!

Volunteers send 4 packages during the academic year to a student they are paired with and one package for their birthday. These youth have aged out of foster care and are on their own as they start their college, vocational or military career. Receiving 5 packages during the year can make a big difference in their lives and is greatly appreciated. Meeting the student is optional and is up to you and your student.

On August 20 we will discuss details of the Student Care Package Project, how to get involved and sign up, and answer any questions you might have. More information about the project to come in next week’s enews, and a training session for volunteers will be held in September.
