Gun Safety – Permit to Purchase Legislation

In 2022, the Delaware legislature passed a group of gun safety bills, but failed to pass one of the most important: Permit-to-Purchase. This legislation creates an application process to obtain a permit to purchase a handgun and requires applicants to complete a firearms training. This bill is being considered by our House of Representatives RIGHT NOW!

Reach out to these House Leaders and Representatives to thank them for taking the lead on this bill:

Valerie Longhurst

Kerri Evelyn Harris

Melissa Minor-Brown

Paul Baumbach
