First Unitarian Church donates the offering on the First Sunday to a worthy organization in our community or in our Unitarian Universalist family. We have given away as much as $24,000 in some years through these offerings and other special projects. You will find the names of the recipients each month in the weekly ENews before the service. Each spring, the Executive Team reviews recommendations for recipients and approves a list of organizations. Keep a look out in the month of May for instructions on how to submit an organization. Decisions are made in June each year for the following fiscal year that starts in July.
