NC3 of DeIPL is an interfaith coalition of area congregations that meets from 7 – 9 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every other month except July, starting in September, to share information and ideas, promote sustainability and social justice, and save energy, money and greenhouse gas emissions in our places of worship and in the homes of members of our congregations. It is co-led by Chad Tolman of First Unitarian and Mike Rominger of St. Paul’s UMC.  We have a Speakers Bureau, advocate for conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, and seek to include congregations of all faiths and to work with other environmental organizations that share our concerns.  We post a free monthly blog, Climate Change News, to keep readers up to date on energy and climate change science, economics, policy, public opinion and ethics.
