Unitarian Universalists are noted for our tolerance, which is usually a good thing. We UUs take quotes from all the “Wisdom Literature.” We take pride in opening our minds and hearts to differences. But might we take our tolerance too far? How open should we be to other cultures and faiths when they subjugate others? What should our response be when they subdue women? Where is that line between tolerance and respecting human rights? Maybe we’re too tolerant? Former First U Music Director organist Margaret Love will provide the music for this morning.
