Today we celebrate Chalice Lighters Sunday, an opportunity to reflect on what it means to be part of something broader and deeper and richer than any single UU congregation can ever hope to be alone; what it means to participate in the growth of our liberal religious movement, what it means to affirm with our minds, hearts and souls that we are better together.
