Sunday, April 17, 2022 – 10:30 a.m. – “How Could We Tire of Hope?” – Easter Sunday – Rev. Dr. Larry Peers

In a poem by Denise Levertov, there is the verse, “How could we tire of hope?– so much is in bud.” On this Easter Sunday, we will reassert the relentlessness of hope that occurs in the human spirit, in nature and in the universal meanings of the Easter Story. Easter activities and crafts are available for children through 6th grade.

Celebrate Easter Sunday with Jazz at First Unitarian Church of Wilmington

We’ll be joined by the UD School of Music Faculty Jazz combo, who will uplift our spirits with joyous jazz.   (Dave Bozenhard, guitar; Todd Groves, woodwinds; Sam Nobles, bass; Tom Palmer, drums)  Come prepared to sing and dance!
