Henry David Thoreau went to the woods because he wished to live deliberately. Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr practiced non-violence for the same reason. As we honor his legacy, we will consider what it means for each of us to live deliberately in sync with our inner truths and values. Can we do so with the same fierceness that Dr. King demonstrated?
