Dale Stratton joined First Unitarian in September, 2002.  She served on the Board, including as President from 2005-2008. On Fridays, she is the office volunteer on duty. She has also served on the Budget Team, the Audit Team, and the Greeter Team.  Before retiring, Dale had a 33 year career with Dupont, both in research assignments and business management.  She taught Sales Management in University of Delaware’s Business School. Currently, she serves on the Investment and Governance Committees of the Delaware State Pension System and on the Board of Delaware Hospice. Dale lives in Greenville, DE. Her husband and best friend, Richard Stratton, died in 1996.
