Marina VanRenssen joined the staff as Business Manager in September 2007. She manages the business and finances of the office, supervises staff, and is the staff liaison for several executive committees. Marina also takes care of payroll and benefits, the office budget, member statements and accounts, tax information and contracts with vendors. She is a graduate of Kutztown University and has extensive supervisory experience in banking and retail, as well as experience as a leader and administrator for small businesses and non-profit groups. She and her family were members here for about 10 years before moving to the Unitarian Universalist Society of Mill Creek. She and her husband, Matt Nolan, have two fabulous daughters. They live in West Grove, PA.
